Our tariffs quoted below assume 2 guests per room except in the case of The Family Tree House which assumes 4 guests and The Olive House which assumes 6 guests. The tariffs include 3-course gourmet dinners and full breakfasts.

All stays on 25th December and 31st December incur a surcharge of $250 inc GST per person 14yrs and over and $125 per person under 14yrs.
